GoSRRV is an independent, private service provider operating in partnership with a PRA-accredited marketer. We are not the Philippine Retirement Authority, the Bureau of Immigration, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any government agency, and no government requires you to use an agent to apply for an SRRV. Information on this site is general education, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and is verified against official sources as of the date shown on each page.

Veteran qualification

SRRV Courtesy qualification is determined by the Philippine Retirement Authority on the documents. Many US military retirees may qualify; others fit SRRV Classic. We screen both routes before you commit, and we will tell you plainly if the SRRV is not your best option.

Healthcare programs

VA, TRICARE, and PhilHealth programs are governed by their own rules and eligibility. GoSRRV helps you plan around official programs and does not administer or guarantee any of them.

Property

Foreigners can own condominium units in the Philippines; land ownership is restricted, with narrow exceptions best handled by counsel. We refer property questions to licensed Philippine attorneys.

US taxes

Philippine exemptions do not change US tax obligations. US citizens file with the IRS regardless of residence. Consult a qualified tax advisor about your specific situation.

Every official figure on this site is verified against the PRA, VA, TRICARE, DFAS, and Bureau of Immigration sources listed in our Official Source Library, and each fact panel carries its verification date. Rules and figures change; we update ours and the date when they do, but you should confirm anything decision-critical against the official source before you act on it.

GoSRRV screens, prepares, coordinates, and tracks. PRA and the Bureau of Immigration decide every application. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, a timeline, or any specific result.
