Independent services

GoSRRV is an independent residence and relocation service. We are not a government agency, and no government requires you to use an agent for an SRRV application. Authorities and providers make their own decisions. Your engagement sets out our work, your responsibilities and any outside professional services. See each guide for its sources and review scope.

General information and individual decisions

Website guides, route comparisons and cost estimates help you prepare questions and compare options. A personal recommendation depends on your documents and circumstances. Confirm decision-critical requirements with the responsible authority and the appropriate professional before applying, investing or committing to a move.

Residence and investment

Describing a visa in law does not establish that a particular application or investment can proceed. Eligibility, permitted investments, operating procedures, provider credentials and ongoing obligations need current verification. GoSRRV does not guarantee application approval, processing time, investment performance or liquidity. Required capital is separate from coordination fees.

Veterans and healthcare

SRRV Courtesy qualification is determined by the Philippine Retirement Authority on the documents. Many US military retirees may qualify; others fit SRRV Classic. We screen both routes before you commit, and we will tell you plainly if the SRRV is not your best option.

VA, TRICARE, and PhilHealth programs are governed by their own rules and eligibility. GoSRRV helps you plan around official programs and does not administer or guarantee any of them.

Housing and professional advice

Housing introductions and viewings do not guarantee a lease or a property right. Lease, ownership, tax, employment and investment questions should be assessed by the relevant qualified professionals. The written engagement identifies any coordination GoSRRV provides; it does not replace the independent professional’s advice.

Sources and dates

Official sources and review dates are provided where relevant. A review date records the review of that content; it does not guarantee that an authority will apply the same rule or figure later. Service scope

Service ranges and examples describe possible coordination work. A household receives a defined scope after suitability and availability are confirmed. An inquiry is not an engagement or a booking. Consult the terms of service and your signed agreement for the work accepted.
