The short answer

How much does the SRRV cost?

Two kinds of money move, and they never blend: a refundable bank deposit held in your name, and non-refundable government fees. The deposit varies by age and route, with the PRA processing and annual fees on top. The calculator below itemizes your case, and the GoSRRV service fee is always listed separately.

The official fee tables

Every official figure for the SRRV, the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa, in one place, exactly as PRA publishes it. To weigh these deposits against the general route and the 13A marriage visa, compare every route side by side.

SRRV Classic deposits

50 and above$15,000$30,000
40 to 49$25,000$50,000

Pensioner status requires proof of a lifetime pension of at least $800 per month for single applicants or $1,000 for applicants with dependents.

SRRV Courtesy deposits, foreign nationals

AgeDeposit
50 and above$1,500
40 to 49, pensioner$3,000
40 to 49, non-pensioner$6,000

Courtesy for former Filipinos: $1,500 at 50 and above, $3,000 at 40 to 49. For who counts and how to prove it, see the lower deposit for former Filipinos.

SRRV Courtesy qualification is determined by the Philippine Retirement Authority on the documents. Many US military retirees may qualify; others fit SRRV Classic. We screen both routes before you commit, and we will tell you plainly if the SRRV is not your best option.
