Know the boundaries before you commit
The upper scope can include up to six viewings over two days, two bank appointments and 90 days of settlement coordination. The lower scope can include up to four viewings and a shorter support period. Exact days, limits and provider responsibilities are agreed before engagement. Banks, landlords and authorities make their own decisions.
Budget separately
Investment capital, government and operator fees, rent and deposits, tuition, medical care, insurance, flights, hotels, shipping, furnishings, staff salaries and third-party professional fees are separate unless your written quote expressly includes them.
