These terms govern use of gosrrv.com and engagements with GoSRRV, a Bitcoin Lawyer LLC brand. A signed engagement letter controls where its terms differ from this page. Updates to this website do not rewrite an existing signed agreement.

Services and responsibilities

GoSRRV provides residence planning and coordination, including SRRV support and separately scoped relocation services. The written engagement identifies the work, household, location, period, deliverables and responsible providers. Government authorities decide applications. Banks, schools, landlords, investment operators and independent professionals make their own decisions and remain responsible for their services.

GoSRRV is a private service provider, independent of government agencies. General site information and tools do not establish eligibility or constitute case-specific legal, tax, medical or investment advice. Professional advice is arranged separately where required.

Inquiries and availability

Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, book a consultation or authorize payment. Broader relocation, investor, family, business and Residence Care work requires confirmation of suitability, location, dates, staffing and any independent professionals before an engagement is offered.

Scope and fees

The strategy session, five SRRV support packages and broader relocation catalogue are separate services. A quoted range is a guide to service fees, not a promise that every case can be accepted at the lower amount. Your proposal identifies the scope, exclusions, applicable taxes, milestones and payment schedule. Additional work requires agreement.

Government fees, visa deposits, investment capital and third-party costs are itemized separately. GoSRRV does not collect investment capital through this website. Any refundable deposit or investment withdrawal is governed by the relevant program, bank, operator and agreement; it should not be treated as an unconditional refund.

Planning fees and credits

The $99, 60-minute GoSRRV strategy session provides an initial review of residence and relocation priorities, with a written recap. Detailed written planning, due diligence, filing and implementation are separate scopes. The session fee is credited toward a package if you proceed under the agreed terms. The separate $500 Residency and Relocation Plan can be credited once, for the amount actually paid, toward an eligible premium engagement agreed within 30 days. The proposal identifies the eligible engagement and how the credit is applied. These are distinct offers.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Approved engagements receive the applicable payment instructions. Square is the card payment provider; BitSettle supports enabled Bitcoin and USDT payment options. Available methods and any applicable discount appear on the approved payment request. A payment provider’s acceptance of a transaction does not guarantee a visa, investment return or third-party outcome.

Refund, cancellation, postponement and milestone terms are set out in the engagement before payment. Third-party refunds follow the relevant provider’s terms. Any staged service fee arrangement is agreed in writing; it does not finance government charges or required capital.

Ongoing services

Annual SRRV administration and Residence Care are separate scopes. A Residence Care agreement specifies the hours, visits, service area, business hours, response windows, overage rates and treatment of unused hours. Renewal and cancellation terms are agreed before enrollment. It is not an emergency or round-the-clock service.

Service commitments

The service guarantee describes our work commitments. It does not promise approval or a fixed government processing time. Existing contractual commitments remain governed by the agreement under which they were made.

Use of this website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not disrupt its operation, misuse access links, submit another person’s private information without authority or misrepresent your identity. Site content, branding and materials belong to Bitcoin Lawyer LLC or their licensors, except where otherwise identified.

General limitations

The site and its general information are provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSRRV and Bitcoin Lawyer LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Governing law, venue and dispute-resolution provisions for an engagement are set out in its signed terms.
