The fine print.Terms of service
Last updated June 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of gosrrv.com and any engagement with GoSRRV, a Bitcitizen LLC brand. They apply now; a counsel-reviewed expansion is in progress, and the commitments below are in force. This page is information, not legal advice, and the signed engagement letter controls if anything conflicts.
Who we are
GoSRRV is an independent, private service provider that helps Americans, and US military retirees and veterans in particular, plan and file the SRRV (Special Resident Retiree’s Visa). We work in partnership with a PRA-accredited marketer. We are not the Philippine Retirement Authority, the Bureau of Immigration, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any government agency, and no government requires you to use an agent to apply for an SRRV.
What we do, and what we do not
We screen your case against current PRA rules, prepare and organize your document file, coordinate the filing through our accredited marketer partner, and support you through approval and arrival. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or immigration-law advice, and we do not decide applications. PRA and the Bureau of Immigration decide every outcome. We therefore make no guarantee of approval, timeline, or any specific result, and we will tell you plainly if the SRRV is not your best option.
Eligibility estimates
The eligibility quiz and cost calculator produce estimates from the figures in our verified facts library. They are starting points, not determinations. Qualification, deposits, and fees are set by PRA on your documents and can change.
Fees and refunds
Government fees and the bank-held visa deposit are always itemized separately from GoSRRV service fees, on every proposal, invoice, and checkout. The visa deposit is your money, held at a PRA-accredited bank in your name and returned on visa cancellation under PRA rules. The PRA processing fee is non-refundable if an application is discontinued, per PRA. Our own service-fee refund terms are stated in your engagement letter before you pay. The strategy session fee is credited toward any package you proceed with.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is typically staged: a deposit on engagement and the balance at filing, as set in your engagement letter.
Third-party services
Booking runs through Calendly, email through Resend, analytics through the cookieless Plausible, and payments through the providers above. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms. Outbound links to government and reference sources are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse third-party content.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent your identity in our forms. The site content, brand, and materials are owned by Bitcitizen LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the site functionality allows.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its information are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSRRV and Bitcitizen LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing terms and changes
The governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms are set in the engagement letter and the counsel-reviewed version of these terms. We may update this page as the service and the law evolve, and we will change the date above when we do.
