Accountability for our workKnow what you can expect

A useful commitment states what we will do, how errors are addressed and which decisions belong to an authority or independent provider.

Our SRRV service commitments

Assess the route before a package

We screen both routes before you commit to a package, and we tell you plainly if the SRRV is not your best option. If our screening shows the SRRV is not right for you, you walk away owing nothing beyond the strategy session, and that session fee is credited toward any package if you do proceed.

Check figures and address errors

We check the relevant figures against official sources and record the review date. If a figure we provided was wrong against its official source on the date we gave it, we correct it and make the difference right.

Correct our preparation errors

If your application is delayed or declined because of a mistake we made in preparing your file, we correct it and re-prepare and re-file at no additional service fee.

Decisions outside our control

PRA assesses SRRV eligibility and the Bureau of Immigration issues the visa. Government processing, bank account approval, school admission, housing availability and investment outcomes are not guaranteed by a GoSRRV engagement.

Terms before payment

Your agreement sets out the work accepted, milestones, fees and remedies. Broader relocation engagements have their own scope and service limits. Existing signed commitments continue to be governed by those agreements.

If there is a problem with our work, contact us with your engagement reference and the task or figure involved so it can be reviewed against the scope and source records.
