GoSRRV is a Bitcoin Lawyer LLC brand. This policy explains the information processed through gosrrv.com and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

• Move-planning quiz: your four answers and email address are stored when you request your starting point. We use them to show your result, email a copy and keep a record in our restricted customer relationship system so we can respond to your inquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing or create an engagement. An essential cookie gives this browser access to the result for 24 hours.
• Inquiries: your name, email, preferred contact method, household size, service interest, reason for moving and timing. You may also provide a phone number, city, nationality, age band, family circumstances, service budget, investment interest, support needs and short notes. We store the inquiry, its reference, privacy acknowledgement and any separate marketing invitation preference.
• Checklists and email subscriptions: the name, email and relevant form answers you submit, along with subscription and consent status.
• Saved plans: if you request a saved quiz result or trip plan, the submitted plan and contact information are stored so you can retrieve them. Answers that remain only on your device are not a submitted inquiry.
• Bookings: Calendly processes the information you enter to arrange a consultation. Information you choose to submit to that service is governed by its privacy terms.
• Payments: an enabled payment provider processes the payment details. GoSRRV stores the identifiers and status needed to reconcile an approved engagement. Do not send card, wallet-secret or banking credentials through an inquiry.

Do not include passport numbers, military records, account statements or medical records in an initial inquiry. The site does not offer a document upload through the relocation inquiry form. Any later document exchange is arranged for the relevant engagement.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, identify the appropriate next discussion, and prepare an engagement where suitable. We use saved-plan information to provide the requested service, subscription information to manage email preferences, and transaction records to reconcile payments. General route tools provide indicative information; they do not decide a visa application.

Communication choices

A reply about your inquiry is separate from marketing. The relocation form’s optional update preference records an interest in a subscription invitation; it does not enroll you automatically. Email subscriptions use a confirmation step, and marketing emails provide an unsubscribe route. Operational messages about a requested service or existing engagement may still be needed.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The site can store first-touch campaign and referrer information in the gosrrv_attribution cookie for approximately 90 days. That information may accompany a form submission to show how the inquiry reached us. Dashboard access uses a protected session cookie. Some tools use local browser storage for checklist progress. Your browser controls let you clear or restrict this storage, which may affect those features.

Where enabled, Plausible measures site usage without analytics cookies. Third-party booking and payment pages have their own storage and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries and relevant consent records are stored on GoSRRV infrastructure. An internal email notification is queued separately, with delivery handled through Resend. A recorded inquiry and an email provider’s acceptance are separate operational states. Calendly handles scheduling; Square handles enabled card payments; BitSettle handles enabled Bitcoin and USDT payments. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country.

Google Sheets holds a restricted operational copy of move-planning submissions, including your email, answers, recommended direction and delivery status. Access is limited to the people and systems handling your request. Private result-access tokens and payment credentials are not copied to the CRM.

We share information needed for an agreed engagement with the professionals or providers responsible for that work. The scope and appropriate document exchange should be established before sensitive case documents are shared.

Retention and your choices

Website copies of move-planning quiz submissions are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. CRM copies carry a corresponding retention-review date and are reviewed separately; deleting the website copy does not automatically delete the CRM record. Result access expires after 24 hours, and unsent result-copy emails expire with it. Separate inquiries or engagements you request have their own records and retention needs.

We retain information needed to respond to an inquiry, provide an engagement, manage preferences and keep required business records. Unresolved inquiries and operational records are not automatically erased when an email is sent. You can request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations, by emailing [email protected]. Include an inquiry reference if available; please do not attach identity documents unless a verification method has been arranged.

Security and changes

Access controls and technical safeguards help protect records, but no online transmission or storage method is infallible. This site is intended for adults planning residence or relocation. If a household includes children, the initial inquiry should contain only the limited planning information necessary. We update this policy when the site’s practices change and show the date above.
