The fine print.Privacy policy

Last updated June 15, 2026

This is the interim privacy policy for GoSRRV (gosrrv.com), a Bitcitizen LLC brand. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. A counsel-reviewed version replaces it before launch; the practices below are already in force and will not loosen later. This page is information, not legal advice.

What we collect

We practice data minimization: we collect only what an interaction needs.

  • Lead and checklist forms: a first name, an email address, and one multiple-choice answer about how you served. Nothing more.
  • Eligibility quiz: your answers compute a likely route on your device. If you ask us to email your result, we receive that result with your name and email; otherwise the quiz sends us nothing.
  • Strategy-call bookings: handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter to schedule and may receive the route summary from your quiz so the call starts informed.
  • Marketing attribution: on your first visit we store any campaign parameters in the page address and the referring site in a single first-party cookie, so we can tell which efforts bring people to the site.

We never request DD-214s, disability ratings letters, medical records, or other sensitive documents through any open form on this site. Those are collected only after you engage us, through a secure channel, staged and minimal.

Cookies and analytics

We use one first-party functional cookie, named gosrrv_attribution, that stores first-touch campaign and referrer information for about 90 days. Our site analytics are cookieless and privacy-friendly (Plausible), which means no analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to anyone.

How we use information

To answer your questions, to deliver the guide or result you requested, to send the SRRV email updates you consented to, to coordinate your engagement if you become a client, and to understand which content and campaigns are useful. We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you; the eligibility quiz is an estimate, and a person reviews every case.

Email and consent

We email you only with the consent you give on a form. New subscriptions use double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link before any sequence begins. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which suppresses your address and cancels any pending messages. We do not place marketing calls or send SMS without your separate, explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with vendors who process data on our behalf: Resend for email delivery, Calendly for scheduling, Plausible for cookieless analytics, and our payment providers for checkout. Lead records are stored on our own infrastructure. Each provider acts under its own terms; we do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, decline the attribution cookie by using your browser controls, and ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@gosrrv.com and we will respond.

Retention, security, and children

We keep lead and subscriber data only as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for, or until you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. This site is for adults considering retirement abroad and is not directed to children under 18.

US residents and taxes

Philippine privacy and residency rules are separate from your US obligations. Nothing here changes how US tax or reporting law applies to you, and this page is not tax advice.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy as the service and the law evolve, and we will change the date above when we do. Questions go to contact@gosrrv.com, or see the terms of service and disclaimer.
