Know the boundaries before you commit
Your agreement confirms business hours, response windows, geography, included visits, hour tracking, overage rates and renewal or cancellation terms. This is not emergency, medical or round-the-clock support. Unused hours and any rollover are addressed in the quote.
Budget separately
Investment capital, government and operator fees, rent and deposits, tuition, medical care, insurance, flights, hotels, shipping, furnishings, staff salaries and third-party professional fees are separate unless your written quote expressly includes them.
