Receipts attached. Every figure, dated. The rule tracker
One ledger for every SRRV number we publish: the deposit, the fee, the window, the source, and the date we last checked it. When PRA moves a number, we move ours and log the change in the open.
The short answer
Where does GoSRRV get its SRRV numbers?
Every figure on this site is pulled from one verified library, checked against the Philippine Retirement Authority, the Bureau of Immigration, the VA, TRICARE, and DFAS, and stamped with the date it was last verified. This page lists all of them, and the corrections log below records every time a figure or a cited source has changed.
How to read this page
Claim, rule, screen
The claim
Every number we state is a claim we are willing to source. No figure is hard-coded into a page; each one lives in a single verified library.
The rule
Behind each figure is a published government rule. We cite the PRA page, the PDF, or the Bureau of Immigration schedule that governs it, and we date our last check.
The screen
PRA determines qualification case by case, on the documents. We screen your case against these rules before you commit, and we tell you plainly where you stand.
Every figure
The ledger
Every SRRV figure GoSRRV publishes, grouped by area, each stamped with the date it was last verified against its official source.

Courtesy military gate
How PRA applies the Courtesy military track in practice. The operative test is current receipt of a qualifying lifetime pension, not retired status. Eligibility remains case by case, and offices vary.
| Gate | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Monthly lifetime pension, currently received | $1,000 per month |
| Service proof | DD-214 with honorable discharge, or a retired military ID |
| Income proof | DFAS Retiree Account Statement or VA benefit verification letter, apostilled |
| Lifetime-income note | A Permanent and Total or otherwise protected VA rating is the cleanest proof that compensation is lifetime income; ratings still subject to reexamination are screened case by case |

PRA fees
| Fee | Amount |
|---|---|
| PRA processing fee, principal | $1,500 (non-refundable if the application is discontinued) |
| Application fee, each dependent | $300 |
| PRA annual fee, Classic | $360 for the principal plus two dependents; $100 each additional |
| PRA annual fee, Courtesy foreign national | $100 for the principal plus two dependents; $10 each additional |
| PRA annual fee, Courtesy former Filipino | $50 for the principal plus two dependents; $10 each additional |
Government fees go to the government. GoSRRV service fees are listed separately on the pricing page, and the two never blend.

Processing time and presence
These two figures are different things, and we keep them apart on purpose. The first is PRA’s own published number. The second is our planning estimate.
| Measure | Figure |
|---|---|
| PRA published Head-Office turn-around | About 10 working days, excluding Bureau of Immigration time (PRA Citizen’s Charter) |
| GoSRRV end-to-end planning estimate | 30 to 45 working days, covering document preparation, the bank steps, the Bureau of Immigration endorsement, and the in-person oath. This is our estimate, not a PRA-published figure. |
| Physical presence in the Philippines | Required for the in-country steps: medical, BICC, NBI if triggered, and the oath |

The 13A alternative
The 13A is a Bureau of Immigration visa, not a PRA program. The BI dates its posted fee schedule to March 2014 and notes fees may change without prior notice, so we state these as approximations, never as quotes.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Official name | Non-Quota Immigrant Visa by Marriage, the 13A |
| Authority | Bureau of Immigration |
| Basis | a valid marriage to a Philippine citizen |
| Probationary period | 1 year |
| ACR I-Card fee | About $50 per year of card validity |
| Filing fee, each applicant (approximate) | About ₱8,620 (BI dates its posted fee schedule to March 2014 and notes fees may change without prior notice) |
| Annual obligation | Bureau of Immigration annual report each year, plus a valid ACR I-Card |

Corrections log
When a figure or a cited source changes, we record it here, newest first, with the old value, the new value, and the reason. This is the companion to the ledger above: the ledger holds the current truth, this log holds how that truth has moved.
Processing time
Separated PRA’s own published Head-Office turn-around from GoSRRV’s end-to-end planning estimate, which had been conflated into a single figure attributed to PRA.
- Was
- attributed 30 to 45 working days to PRA
- Now
- PRA's published Head-Office turn-around is about 10 working days, excluding Bureau of Immigration time; 30 to 45 working days is GoSRRV's end-to-end estimate
The PRA Citizen’s Charter (“Processing of SRRV Application,” revised September 2025) publishes a Head-Office turn-around of about 10 working days and states plainly that this excludes Bureau of Immigration time. The 30 to 45 working days figure is GoSRRV’s realistic end-to-end estimate covering document preparation, the bank steps, the Bureau of Immigration endorsement, and the in-person oath, and is presented as our estimate, never as a PRA-published figure.
Accredited banks source
Swapped the cited source for the accredited-bank list from the PRA banks page to the official PRA deposit and remittance instruction PDF.
- Was
- pra.gov.ph/banks
- Now
- official PRA deposit and remittance instruction PDF
pra.gov.ph/banks returned HTTP 500; the PDF carries the same accredited-bank list and resolves. The bank list itself did not change.
